Opticann’s CB4 Clear Face Gel is a rapid-absorbing, vanishing and non-greasy hypoallergenic topical gel with Tea Tree and Clove Oil extracts, providing oil control and hydrating effects that may help control blemishes.

Each 50ml bottle contains 250mg of Cannabidiol (CBD 0.5% in concentration) and is formulated with Rosemary, Tea Tree, Clove, and Hemp Oil.

Tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca essential oil, has evidence of antibacterial properties and antimicrobial activity against organisms such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) on the skin. Clove oil contains the terpene Beta-Caryophyllene (BCP), a CB2 receptor agonist known to affect inflammation.

This is a THC-free formulation and is dermatologist and clinically tested.

Clinical Evidence: A 4-week clinical trial was conducted with 54 people using CB4 Clear. Evaluation of skin effects were measured and observed before application, immediately after application, after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks. Results showed a significant reduction in the sub-group of subjects with high baseline values of sebum production (seen in the acne population).
