This smoothie is packed with nutrients to jump start your digestion and your energy for the day ahead. It is tasty, flavourful and can be altered to your preference. The best thing about smoothies is you can customize them so feel free to add or subtract ingredients! This specific recipe was crafted with your health and energy in mind 🙂


Serves: 1 (double ingredients to make 2 full smoothies) | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Handful of spinach
  • ½ apple
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ orange juiced
  • 1 tbs freshly chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • ½ cup any frozen berries of your choosing
  • 2 tbs O’Hemp brand hemp hearts

Directions

  • STEP 1

    1. Mix celery, spinach and cucumber with ½ cup of water until smooth (stay away from adding

    Finish blending with final ingredients until fully mixed.

  • STEP 3

    To mega dose your smoothie with extra nutrition feel free to add some extra ingredients like chlorella, spirulina, turmeric, cocoa powder,
 cinnamon, clove of garlic, protein powder. (color may vary)
